After graduating with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA and MPA in Accounting, Lindsay Casey started her successful career with KPMG, LLP. There, she focused mainly on clients in the real estate development and alternative investment sectors. In January 2015, she joined Southern Wealth Management, LLP. With SWM, she was able to nurture her passion for client service, wealth preservation, and tax planning, providing a launch pad and vision for starting Casey Tax Strategies, LLC. Lindsay looks to break the mold of a once-a-year tax CPA. Strategic tax planning should be proactive not reactive and should be a part of your financial picture throughout the entire year.
A second-generation Longhorn CPA, Lindsay and her husband, Scott, are both lifelong residents of Dallas. They have a son, a daughter, and a beloved golden retriever. Lindsay is an active member at Highland Park United Methodist Church, a committee member of the Dallas Estate Planning Council Emerging Leaders, the Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League, and the Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. In addition, she is a proud supporter of the SADS Foundation and is a CPR/AED training advocate.
